Refund and Cancellation Policy
1.Unboxing Video Upon Receipt:Please record an unboxing video upon receiving the goods. If you apply for after-sales service due to quality issues, a complete unboxing video and detailed images are required.
收到货请录制开箱视频,若因质量问题申请售后,需提供完整开箱视频及细节图。
2.For items participating in the exculsive event or signature event, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted after the order has been placed.
特典商品或参与签名会招募的商品,下单后不接受退换货或退款。
For regular albums and merchandise, customers can apply for an exchange within 15 days after confirming receipt of the goods.
普通专辑和周边商品在确认收货后15天内,顾客可以申请换货。
For regular albums and merchandise, customers can apply for a return within 7 days after confirming receipt of the goods.
普通专辑和周边商品在确认收货后7天内,顾客可以申请退货。
All orders, once paid for, cannot be unilaterally canceled by the purchaser.
所有订单一旦付款,购买者不能单方面取消订单。
3.(1)In case of product shortage or missing exclusive photo cards, please contact customer service with the unboxing video for a replacement. Without the unboxing video, replacements will not be possible.
如果产品有缺货,缺失特典小卡等情况,请携开箱视频联系客服补发,无法提供开箱视频将无法补发。
(2)For products that are severely damaged, mutilated, severely dented, or have damaged, mutilated, or bent photo cards, please contact customer service with the unboxing video and detailed images for after-sales replacement. The shipping fee for the replacement will be subject to negotiation with customer service, with a maximum subsidy of 15 RMB.
对于产品严重破损、残损、严重凹陷等问题,或小卡破损、残损、弯曲等问题,请携开箱视频和细节图联系客服售后换货,相关售后寄出产生的邮费请联系客服,换货邮费补贴上限为15元。
(3)Factory defects of exclusive photo cards and all album factory defects (including but not limited to missing or defective items inside the album) are not eligible for after-sales services. If the buyer requests an exchange and there is sufficient stock, an exchange may be agreed upon, but the buyer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
特典小卡的出厂瑕疵以及所有专辑出厂瑕疵(包括但不限于专辑内置商品缺失或瑕疵)无法售后。买家若申请换货,有多余库存时可同意换货,但由买家承担来回运费。
(4)Minor defects that do not affect normal use, or minor dents or other potential product issues caused by the album design, are not eligible for after-sales services. If the buyer requests an exchange and there is sufficient stock, an exchange may be agreed upon, but the buyer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
轻微不影响正常使用的瑕疵,或由于专辑设计导致的轻微凹陷或其他可能的产品问题,无法售后。买家若申请换货,有多余库存时可同意换货,但由买家承担来回运费。
(5)TANCE will not be responsible for any issues caused by transportation (damage to the contents due to damage to the outer packaging of the package). Please contact the relevant delivery company.
TANCE不负责任何因运输造成的问题(包裹外包装损坏导致内置物损坏)。请联络相关物流公司。
