2.所有产品的寄送均参考TANCE通用寄送条款：
Product Shipping: All product shipments will follow TANCE’s general shipping terms:

（1）寄送至中国大陆的用户每个订单上限 10 本，且需要填写与收件人姓名匹配的身份证号以清关。
For parcels shipping to Mainland China, there is a limit of 10 albums per order, and the ID number matching the recipient’s name is required for customs clearance.

（2）所有寄送至中国大陆和台湾的用户姓名及收件地址请务必用中文填写，韩国地址请用韩文填写，其他地区请用英文填写。
Shipping Address and Name Requirements:For all shipments to Mainland China and Taiwan, please use Chinese characters to fill in the recipient’s name and address. For shipments to South Korea, use Korean characters. For all other regions, please use English.

（3）所有国家和地区收件人电话请务必填写本地电话，例如中国大陆需为+86国际代码的手机号，韩国需为+82国际代码的手机号。
Recipient’s Phone Number: The recipient’s phone number must include the local country code. For example, for Mainland China, it should be the mobile number with the +86 country code, and for South Korea, it should be the mobile number with the +82 country code.

（4）若因收件人信息填写问题导致无法寄送，TANCE概不负责。
Consequences of Incorrect Information:TANCE will not be responsible if the shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect recipient information provided.

（5）每个国家和地区当地的运输派送政策和海关政策不同，除了 TANCE 收取的运费外，可能有额外的运输费用和上门派送费用以及清关费用，由当地派送员或运输公司以及海关向收件人收取，额外的费用 TANCE 概不负责。可能会收取额外费用的地区包括不限于香港部分偏远地区、澳门地区、台湾地区、新加坡。
Additional Shipping and Customs Fees:Shipping and customs policies vary by country and region. In addition to the shipping fees pay to TANCE, there may be additional transportation fees, delivery fees, and customs clearance fees collected by local delivery personnel, delivery companies, or customs. TANCE will not be responsible for these additional fees. Areas that may incur additional charges include but are not limited to some remote areas in Hong Kong 、Macao、Taiwan and Singapore.

3.收到货请录制开箱视频，若因质量问题申请售后，需提供完整开箱视频及细节图。所有的售后均参考 TANCE 通用的售后条款
Unboxing Video Upon Receipt:Please record an unboxing video upon receiving the goods. If you apply for after-sales service due to quality issues, a complete unboxing video and detailed images are required. All after-sales services will follow TANCE’s general after-sales terms:

（1）产品有缺货，缺失特典小卡等情况，请携开箱视频联系客服补发，无法提供开箱视频将无法补发。
In case of product shortage or missing exclusive photo cards, please contact customer service with the unboxing video for a replacement. Without the unboxing video, replacements will not be possible.

（2） 产品严重破损、残损、严重凹陷等问题，或小卡破损、残损、弯折等问题请携开箱视频和细节图联系客服售后换货，相关售后寄出产生的邮费请联系客服，换货邮费补贴上限为 15 元。
For products that are severely damaged, mutilated, severely dented, or have damaged, mutilated, or bent photo cards, please contact customer service with the unboxing video and detailed images for after-sales replacement. The shipping fee for the replacement will be subject to negotiation with customer service, with a maximum subsidy of 15 RMB.

（3） 特典小卡的出厂瑕以及所有专辑出厂瑕疵（包括不限于专辑内置商品缺失或瑕疵）无法售后。买家若申请换货，有多余库存时可同意换货，但由买家承担来回运费。
Factory defects of exclusive photo cards and all album factory defects (including but not limited to missing or defective items inside the album) are not eligible for after-sales services. If the buyer requests an exchange and there is sufficient stock, an exchange may be agreed upon, but the buyer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.

（4）轻微不影响正常使用的瑕疵，或由于专辑设计导致的轻微凹陷或其他可能的产品问题，无法售后。买家若申请换货，有多余库存时可同意换货，但由买家承担来回运费。
Minor defects that do not affect normal use, or minor dents or other potential product issues caused by the album design, are not eligible for after-sales services. If the buyer requests an exchange and there is sufficient stock, an exchange may be agreed upon, but the buyer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.

（5）所有运输造成的问题（包裹外壳损坏导致内置物损坏） TANCE 概不负责，请联系相关物流公司。
TANCE will not be responsible for any issues caused by transportation (damage to the contents due to damage to the outer packaging of the package). Please contact the relevant delivery company.

4. 本次活动及商品售卖的最终解释权均在 TANCE。
